Annette Pinder

Annette Pinder brings a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur in marketing, publishing, digital, print, broadcast, public relations, copywriting, and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in both the for profit, not-for-profit, legal, education, and corporate sector. Starting new ventures isn’t anything new to Annette. In addition to founding Rivertowns Creative, she is president and publisher of a digital and print health publication and executive producer of a half-hour local health show on me-TV. Her community service includes serving on various boards, volunteering for various non-profits, a recipient of several leadership awards, including a woman of influence award. She speaks at both local and national organizations, and has published numerous articles.

Annette enjoys writing, learning, science, connecting people, dancing, reading, knitting, shopping (especially for shoes and handbags), eating great food, spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, creative thinking, meditation, and traveling. Annette places great emphasis on the importance of care, compassion, and
authenticity, maintaining a positive and respectful mindset, and always remaining curious.

Greg Lucci

Author, Digital Artist, Marketer

Greg Lucci is an author, digital artist, marketer and general beach bum. He is an experienced character designer and writer, previously acting as Editor in Chief for Stony Brook University’s literary magazine. While looking out at distant ships on the horizon, Greg couldn’t help but
think about just how long people have been trying to get across the seas, and how little the sea has wanted anything to do with us in the meantime.

Belinda Ulrich

Belinda Ulrich is a former scientific researcher and corporate vice president for a global company, who has helped solve problems for companies ranging from Fortune 500s to newly created organizations seeking venture capital. Belinda has successfully translated strategic
vision into concrete projects to develop policies, procedures, and processes to help organizations compete effectively in pharmaceutical, biotech, financial services, banking, insurance, distribution, manufacturing, utility, not for profit, telecom, and retail. She has succeeded in helping organizations reduce cost, increase efficiency and effectiveness, develop products and services, enter new markets, build partnerships, and retain and recruit customers. Caroline Frey

Director of Marketing

Caroline Frey is a dynamic marketing professional with extensive experience across various facets of the industry. As the former marketing manager for a leading car wash chemical company, she successfully led the entire department, demonstrating her ability to tackle complex challenges with creativity and efficiency. Caroline excels in trade show management, copywriting, and the design of impactful marketing materials, bringing her innovative thinking to each project.

She holds a BBA in Marketing from Pace University, with a specialization in International Marketing, including a study abroad experience in London. Her extensive travels across Europe, including time spent in Russia, have broadened her global perspective and sharpened her creative approach to problem-solving.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys sailing, biking, practicing yoga, and capturing the world through her photography. Her vibrant personality and diverse interests reflect her dedication to both professional success and a well-rounded, fulfilling life.

Michelle Leiby

Digital and Social Media Director

Michelle Leiby is our digital and social media director. She is also a wonderful photographer, with an uncanny ability to capture the magic and beauty in the simplest of things that so many of us barely notice. With a tremendous wealth of experience, Michelle probably gets most of her creativity from living life to its fullest. A native to our Rivertowns region, Michelle has also lived in Texas, New Jersey, and Japan, where she taught English as a second language. Most recently, she managed the social media for Menhla Kadampa Meditation Center in
Lambertville. Her volunteer experience includes the Pearl S. Buck House, where she develops curricula for school age visitors, works with board members and organizational leadership, attends fundraising events, and more. Michelle also helped found the Mrs. Roper Lambertville-
New Hope chapter, and has fun with other like-minded empowered women, and sometimes men, who enjoy dressing in caftans, red curly wigs, having fun, and signing autographs for those who love the fun and joy this group brings to others.

Michelle loves cats, dogs, and other furry friends, spending time with friends, and finding peace in meditation. She is a true joy to be around and is the perfect person for helping you create inspiring, joyful, and engaging social media for your organization.
